What you will do

• Configure and enhance the o9 platform based on business requirements and post-go-live change requests.
• Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues and validating end-to-end workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform-level upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases to ensure system accuracy.
• Support Super User and End User training for a global user base.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve product features based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• 2+ years of experience implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or T-SQL.
• Deep understanding of supply chain concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, and S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large datasets to prioritize high-value opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical, optimization, and simulation tools such as R, SAS, or CPLEX.
