Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), Core Consulting

Location: Brasilia, Brazil; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives for cooperatives, regional banks, and public banks in Brazil.
• Develop strategic frameworks, solutions, recommendations, and actionable insights for hirify.global clients.
• Support product development, program launches, customer acquisition, lifecycle optimization, retention, benchmarking, and profitability initiatives.
• Analyze large industry and hirify.global datasets to identify business opportunities and recommendations.
• Partner with sales, solutions, client service, marketing, risk, innovation, and global regional teams to deliver projects.
• Build scalable consulting solutions, toolkits, best-practice documents, and approaches for the VCA practice.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in management consulting or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of banking operations or payment schemes, including products, services, business processes, marketing initiatives, or card acquiring.
• Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance, with a focus on ROI.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, presentation, and project-management skills.
• English and Portuguese bilingual proficiency required.

• 9+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• An MBA combined with 6+ years of experience.
• Technology mindset and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and applications.
