Consultant (Container Terminal Operations)

What you will do

• Provide consulting support for container terminal operations and help develop the client portfolio.
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize terminal processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and minimize costs.
• Assess, recommend, and integrate technology solutions, including automation systems and software platforms.
• Collaborate with terminal management, staff, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver project goals.
• Lead workshops and training sessions, mentor Terminal Control Room users, and support adoption of optimization strategies.
• Develop KPIs and prepare reports and presentations on performance, progress, and outcomes while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise in container terminal operations and workflow management.
• Ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvement strategies.
• Understanding of automation systems, software platforms, and technology integration.
• Ability to collaborate with terminal management, staff, and other stakeholders.
