What you will do

• Provide expert consultancy to support clients in Container Terminal operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize terminal processes, efficiency, and turnaround times.
• Assess and recommend technological solutions, including automation systems and software platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote the adoption of optimization strategies.
• Implement advanced modules such as Expert Decking, Auto Stow, and various schedulers.
• Mentor Terminal Control Room users in their daily tasks and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven experience in Container Terminal operations and workflow management.
• Ability to conduct thorough process analyses and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing KPIs and preparing detailed performance reports.
• Proficiency in implementing and integrating terminal optimization software.
