Transformation Expert (Agriculture)

What you will do

• Design and guide processes that support a transition to circular and sustainable operations.
• Collaborate with farmers, chefs, and managers to rethink sourcing, production, and management.
• Develop practical maps, frameworks, and tools for field implementation and adaptation.
• Integrate grounded, live insights from the field into policy conversations and professional networks.
• Support strategic transformation efforts across small and mid-sized farms, food processing, and HORECA institutions.

Requirements

• Experience in agriculture, regenerative farming, food processing, or HORECA management.
• Background in food systems research, policy, or strategy.
• Proficiency in systems thinking and adaptive ways of working.
• Proven experience supporting teams through transitions toward sustainable or community-based practices.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and thoughtfully.
