Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), Core Consulting

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Identify client needs by monitoring digital industry trends and engaging with stakeholders.
• Lead consulting projects from planning through delivery, maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Analyze data, consumer behavior, and industry trends to support business decisions and strategy.
• Develop scalable consulting playbooks, go-to-market methodologies, and standardized workflows.
• Support strategy implementation and digital transformation initiatives in the Brazilian market.
• Collaborate with functional teams and the fintech ecosystem to create client-centric solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, finance, engineering, economics, or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in payments, consulting, strategy, or financial institutions.
• Understanding of card and payment P&L and the factors that drive profitability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• English and Portuguese required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
