Sr. Planning Analyst (Semiconductor)

A semiconductor foundry is developing process technology, advanced packaging, and manufacturing services for customers across multiple architectures and industries, with a focus on AI-era systems.

What you will do

• Develop and execute supply plans, forecasts, capacity models, and inventory strategies.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct scenario planning and evaluate supply-demand tradeoffs for business decisions.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve issues involving inventory levels, timing, and material flow.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supplier partners to support supply execution.
• Drive issue resolution and participate in cross-functional projects improving planning processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, management, engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of supply chain experience; or a related master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience as a business analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, planning, production control, materials management, or complex supply chain environments.
• Ability to work independently and align multiple business partners in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires on-site work in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
