What you will do

• Develop and execute supply plans, forecasts, capacity models, and inventory strategies.
• Analyze supply chain performance to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements.
• Conduct scenario planning and evaluate supply-demand tradeoffs for business decision-making.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve issues related to material flow and timing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize balancing within operational constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's with 2+ years.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience as a Business Analyst.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Python, SQL, or related analytics tools.
