What you will do

• Process incoming shipments, including purchase orders, inter-company transfers, and vendor deliveries.
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments with accurate documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Fulfill kit requests by pulling, organizing, and staging materials for delivery.
• Assist with truck loading and unloading to maintain efficient material flow.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to implement tools and processes that enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics management role.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior forklift experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software, specifically SAP.
• Experience with import/export compliance and regulations.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with supply material on a flow production line.
