Director, Solutions Consulting (AI)

Location: Works from home in China; work from home two days a week

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery sessions, platform demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Analyze client strategies, processes, IT architectures, data flows, bottlenecks, and value leakage to tailor solutions.
• Design and oversee customer-specific demonstrations, proofs of concept, workflows, and practical SaaS solutions.
• Partner with industry solution and account executive teams during sales cycles, RFP development, and discovery.
• Build business impact and profitability models to communicate ROI in proposals.
• Document and transition deal knowledge to the implementation team for successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in presales, delivery, or solution consulting.
• Proven experience with supply chain planning processes and enterprise planning applications.
• Strong domain knowledge, storytelling, communication, listening, business acumen, and executive presence.
• Experience preparing tailored demos, presentations, proposals, and responses for senior decision-makers.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese required.

Nice to have

• Expertise in supply planning and optimization.
• Experience with o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or similar planning and ERP applications.
• Master’s degree.
