What you will do

• Present the platform through storytelling and strategic positioning to address complex business use-cases.
• Lead client discovery sessions to identify bottlenecks and value leakage for targeted demonstrations.
• Partner with industry solution and account executive teams to understand and address specific company challenges.
• Oversee the creation and execution of proof of concepts and tailored demonstrations.
• Architect incremental workflows within the platform to meet specific customer and industry needs.
• Document and transition deal knowledge to implementation teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese required
• 8-10+ years of experience in presales, delivery, or solution consulting
• Proven expertise in supply chain planning processes and enterprise planning applications
• Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate product and domain proficiency
• Executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
