What you will do

• Build and grow a team focused on operationalizing AIDR and the broader Falcon platform for strategic customers.
• Provide tactical support and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance directly to customers and partners.
• Curate and operationalize service offerings with a focus on AI-driven detection and response use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Develop customer-facing collateral, playbooks, and documentation to standardize service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of professional experience in professional services.
• 4+ years of experience in technology or SOC leadership managing direct reports.
• 4+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response with exposure to AI/ML-driven platforms or SIEM/SOAR solutions.
• Applied knowledge of infrastructure services in AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI, HIPAA, or CIS Benchmarks.
• Deep expertise in endpoint security, identity management, and cloud security.
