What you will do
- Lead and manage the delivery organization for Rimini Consult across North America to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and executive sponsorship.
- Define and enforce best-in-class professional services methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to package and launch new service offerings aligned with growth strategies.
- Monitor delivery metrics, project profitability, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage a network of partner organizations to augment delivery capacity and expertise.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- 15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or delivery leadership within the enterprise software domain
- Proven success leading regional or global delivery teams with responsibility for pre-sales and P&L performance
- Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems such as SAP or Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement scalable service delivery frameworks
