What you will do

• Lead work efforts and grow consulting billings across existing enterprise accounts.
• Define, scope, and propose new Pega application implementations to clients.
• Advocate for best-practice delivery approaches throughout the sales process.
• Partner with sales, solution engineering, and customer success teams to translate product capabilities into policy-aligned guidance.
• Provide field feedback to product management and engineering teams.
• Maintain deep client relationships and achieve assigned certifications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling professional services and software at an enterprise level.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SLED or Public Sector customers in complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to persuade and influence C-suite executives with confidence and clarity.
• Proven track record of collaborating across business units to achieve development outcomes.
• Ability to achieve role-based Pega certifications.
