Enterprise Solutions Leader (Energy & Utilities)

Location: USA; remote/office work options. Travel around 30% of working time.

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 annually base salary, with variable pay considered separately if applicable.

What you will do

• Define and execute digital transformation strategies for Energy & Utilities clients with delivery teams, Centers of Excellence, and innovation communities.
• Advise clients on AI/ML, advanced analytics, computer vision, digital twins, cloud platforms, IoT, and intelligent automation.
• Identify opportunities involving smart grids, renewable energy, predictive maintenance, asset performance, decarbonization, and energy data monetization.
• Facilitate executive workshops, assess current-state environments, define future-state visions, and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Lead integrated solution design, implementation planning, scope, risk, stakeholder, and delivery management across enterprise and operational technology environments.
• Build executive advisor relationships and support presales, go-to-market initiatives, innovation programs, and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives in the Energy & Utilities industry.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, energy value chains, grid modernization, asset management, renewable energy, and energy market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience applying modern digital technologies, including AI/ML, advanced analytics, computer vision, digital twins, cloud platforms, and IoT.
• Experience integrating digital solutions across enterprise and operational technology environments.
• Strong consulting, business analysis, strategic thinking, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required. Experience in solution consulting, presales, go-to-market, innovation management, Agile environments, software delivery, or digital product development.
