What you will do

• Define and execute digital transformation strategies for energy and utilities clients.
• Advise on the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, digital twins, and IoT to solve operational challenges.
• Facilitate workshops with executive stakeholders to develop transformation roadmaps.
• Lead the design of integrated digital solutions aligning business priorities with technology capabilities.
• Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Support Go-to-Market initiatives, presales activities, and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the Energy & Utilities industry.
• Strong understanding of utility operations, grid modernization, and energy market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, digital twins, and IoT.
• Proven background in solution consulting, presales, or innovation management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
