What you will do

• Define and implement the overall IT PMO strategy, governance frameworks, and standardized project management methodologies.
• Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic business goals and monitoring health, budgets, and risks.
• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define priorities and facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Oversee IT project budgeting, financial forecasting, and optimize the allocation of project managers and third-party vendors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop PMO staff and project managers, driving adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards through established governance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise PMO functions or large-scale IT portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information (e.g., U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).
