Salary: $175,860–$263,500 per annum

What you will do

• Define and implement the overall IT PMO strategy, governance framework, and best practices.
• Manage the IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Oversee large-scale enterprise programs, monitoring health, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to facilitate steering committees and executive reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and develop PMO staff and project managers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise PMO functions or large-scale IT portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
