What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end portfolio view for active and planned infrastructure, cloud, network, and data center initiatives.
• Develop and sustain portfolio governance, including intake, prioritization, resource alignment, and risk escalation.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization across operating and capital spend.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT engineering teams to support monthly business reviews and executive reporting.
• Partner with vendors to coordinate renewals, statements of work, and licensing commitments.
• Mentor project owners and technical teams on planning, scheduling, and delivery accountability.

Requirements

• Must be local to North Reading, MA, US.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in PMO, portfolio, or program management.
• Strong IT financial management experience, including budget planning and cost optimization.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure domains including cloud, network, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Power BI.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience supporting a Business Management Office or Technology Business Management practices.
