Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the enterprise financial systems ecosystem.
• Lead architecture and solution design governance to ensure scalable and secure platforms.
• Drive enterprise financial systems transformation, including platform selection and implementation.
• Oversee engineering delivery, operational support, and data integrity across finance platforms.
• Establish engineering standards, integration patterns, and release management disciplines.
• Manage high-performing engineering teams and third-party vendor performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise financial systems with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale financial systems transformations or ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of core finance domains including R2R, P2P, Treasury, and Tax.
• Strong expertise in enterprise financial platforms and multi-system integration strategies.
• Working knowledge of financial controls and compliance requirements such as SOX.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in the USA as part of the selection process.
