What you will do

• Lead NetSuite ERP financial projects, managing system design, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.
• Configure NetSuite to support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and budgeting.
• Translate finance team requirements into functional solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee technical customization and automation using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide accurate data for decision-making.
• Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and vendor relationships while leading user training.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP in a techno-functional role.
• Must be based in Fremont, California, USA.
• Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of financial modules and accounting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations or upgrades.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM or HRIS systems.
