What you will do

• Own and manage the Infor LN ERP platform as an end-to-end business service for the Power & Data sector.
• Develop and execute the ERP roadmap in alignment with enterprise SAP strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Application Analysts.
• Manage ERP licensing, vendor relationships, contracts, and support agreements.
• Oversee integrations, interfaces, and master data governance for critical business processes.
• Drive change management, testing, release management, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in technology, enterprise applications, or ERP-related roles.
• 3+ years of experience owning or managing technical, applications, or business systems.
• Experience managing ERP systems within manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes including finance, procurement, supply chain, and inventory.
• Knowledge of IT service management, change management, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, or Operations.
• Certifications in ITIL, Agile, Infor LN, or SAP.
• Direct experience with Infor LN and/or SAP.
