What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Finance applications aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Lead the delivery and support of Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, EPM, and revenue management.
• Partner with Finance executives to identify and implement high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, integrations, and testing to ensure global consistency and scalability.
• Establish support models, service levels, and root-cause analysis practices for critical financial systems.
• Manage internal teams, contractors, and vendor partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience implementing or leading Oracle Finance applications, specifically Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion.
• Deep functional knowledge of core Finance processes like Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across IT, Finance, and external implementation partners.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with EPM Cloud, RevPro, Vertex, or HighRadius.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, system security, and audit evidence readiness.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Background in managing geographically distributed teams or managed services.
