Lead Software Engineer (ERP): Leading the development of a hirify.global Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) template and Dealer Integrations, utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O). Focus on owning the architecture deliverables, developing integration standards, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and usable software solutions.

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, United States Of America. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $128,470.00 - $208,770.00

What you will do

• Lead a team of 4-5 developers to implement dealer integrations.
• Oversee ERP and Dealer Integration implementation to ensure it meets specifications and hirify.global quality, security, and usability standards.
• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for target systems using agile methods.
• Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Write source codes for new applications and/or generate and enhance code samples for existing applications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
• Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of software development tools and activities, software development life cycle, and software integration processes.
• Knowledge of software product design/architecture, technical aspects of software products, and software product testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as MS.NET, C#.NET.
• Expertise in integrating with Azure services such as Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, and Azure Fabric.
• Strong skills in solution architecting, technical designing, and defining integration approaches.
• Experience in managing Azure resources and implementing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in data migration using tools like Scribe Insight, Scribe Online, and custom web services.
• Proven experience in working with a modern, enterprise integration layer or integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).
• Experience in an Agile software development environment operating at scale.

Nice to have

• Preferable experience in working within B2B and B2B2C organizations.
• Experience in integration between enterprise Finance, Supply Chain and/or e-Commerce solutions.
