Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical & Product Recruiting)

Location: Hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey, or Chicago, Illinois; work authorization in the United States is required.

Salary: $110,000–$120,250 per year.

What you will do

• Own a heavy portfolio of full-lifecycle technical and expertise-driven searches from intake through offer close and post-search follow-up.
• Lead complex searches across AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, data science, data engineering, software and cloud engineering, statistics, and life sciences consulting.
• Run technical intake and calibration discussions, clarify must-have skills, and align hiring teams on level and scope.
• Build talent maps, Boolean and X-ray searches, competitor targets, sourcing strategies, and tailored outreach campaigns.
• Engage passive technical talent and advise hiring managers using market intelligence and candidate pipeline data.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, manage interview logistics, diagnose stalled searches, and collaborate on repeatable recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical markets such as AI/ML, data science, engineering, analytics, statistics, or technical consulting.
• Ability to interpret technical job descriptions, identify searchable keywords and skill adjacencies, and distinguish core requirements from preferences.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder advisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Operational and data discipline, including ATS management, funnel analysis, and evidence-based recruiting recommendations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without now or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, life sciences, AI/ML, analytics, engineering, statistics, or biostatistics.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters, leading sourcing experiments, or developing technical recruiting tools.
