Salary: $91,600 - $121,600

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned teams.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct resume pre-screening, candidate evaluations, and interview scheduling.
• Drive adoption of consistent interviewing and hiring practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal hiring policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hopewell, NJ.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in the Biopharma industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and lead recruitment activities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting clinical research, commercial, and business-related functions.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle.
