What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market-based recommendations.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver high-quality slates while maintaining active talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate engagement through timely updates and professional communication throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor other Recruiters and team members to improve overall service excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Norwood, MA (Hybrid setup).
• Pharmaceutical R&D experience is required.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Knowledge of US OFCCP regulations.
• Proficiency with ATS (Workday) and various social media sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
