What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes for various roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and consultant to business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Albany, NY.
