What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop technical recruiting pods focusing on IT, Information Systems, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Design and execute technical hiring strategies aligned with headcount forecasts, product roadmaps, and organizational design.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to calibrate roles and levels using job architecture frameworks.
• Own full-funnel recruiting performance from intake to offer, personally handling senior or hard-to-fill searches.
• Analyze data from Greenhouse and TA dashboards to improve pipeline conversion and recruiter capacity planning.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth or complex technology environments.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing recruiters and sourcers.
• Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes at scale, preferably in pod-based models.
• Proficiency with modern tools: Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Lattice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and promotion criteria in scaling companies.
• Background in high-growth hyperscaler environments where hiring velocity and operational rigor are critical.
