Client Presentation Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom; onsite. The role includes regular travel across the UK for in-person presentations and client/member events, likely around once a week on average.

What you will do

• Create clear and engaging presentation materials for workplace scheme members.
• Deliver webinars, benefit fairs, and employee engagement presentations.
• Work with clients, client directors, and internal teams to define content requirements and manage expectations.
• Coordinate webinar planning, logistics, content preparation, and follow-up activities.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder updates, and delivery expectations across multiple sessions.
• Translate pensions and financial wellbeing information into simple, audience-friendly content while following brand guidelines, Consumer Duty principles, and tone-of-voice expectations.

Requirements

• Experience presenting to a range of audiences through webinars, events, or client/member-facing sessions.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills, including the ability to create clear and visually engaging decks.
• Confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal partners.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing timelines, logistics, and multiple deliverables.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, practical, and audience-friendly way.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for face-to-face member and client activity.
