Infrastructure & Capital Projects, Senior Project Manager, Data Center Construction, ANS (Data Center Construction)

Location: Sandersville, GA; Brazoria, TX; Sealy, TX; or nationwide within the United States. Hybrid work includes remote work, onsite work at a client location, and work from an hirify.global office or center, with some required in-person collaboration.

Salary: $185,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact across data center construction projects.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, communication strategy, and full project lifecycle delivery.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, financial risks, contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Support estimating, procurement, bid strategy, constructability reviews, and value engineering for mission-critical environments.
• Align design, scope, schedules, and execution strategy while identifying delivery risks.
• Drive accountability across internal teams, subcontractors, and diverse project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, project management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in data centers or critical environments.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, workflows, and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with remote, client-site, and office collaboration.

Nice to have

• Ability to travel or relocate to project locations.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
