What you will do

• Own all US IT operations, including infrastructure, services, support, vendors, and budget.
• Manage day-to-day IT for employees, including Google Workspace, Atlassian, and identity/access management.
• Design and deploy network foundations for new US physical sites, including a manufacturing plant.
• Ensure strict compliance with ITAR/EAR legal requirements via US-person-only administration.
• Recruit and lead a small US IT team by the end of 2027.
• Synchronize with the central IT team on security policies, standards, and tooling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a system and network administrator in startups or high-growth environments.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) as defined under ITAR.
• Technical proficiency in IT fleet management (MDM), cloud applications, and local networking.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and build infrastructure without an established playbook.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity, logging, and incident response.
