Director IDD

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 base per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Lead research engagement with wealth management home-office professionals and platform gatekeepers on investment and organizational matters.
• Support and defend existing product placements while increasing hirify.global’s presence on recommended lists and in model portfolios.
• Deliver responsive client service, coordinate portfolio review meetings, and provide investment teams with relevant client and market feedback.
• Develop relationships and identify new platform partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Share investment ideas, thought leadership, and value-added information with clients and internal partners.
• Monitor competitive platform trends and position hirify.global’s mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and other investment solutions effectively.

Requirements

• At least five years of direct manager research or wealth management platform-related sales experience.
• Experience marketing investment products to institutional-type buyers or engaging with financial advisors.
• Strong relationship-building, written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office; Morningstar Direct and FactSet experience is advantageous.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations are required, or must be obtained shortly after hire.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Investment credentials or experience demonstrating strong financial acumen, such as an MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CIMA.
