Director - Finance and Accounting

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute finance and accounting category strategies to drive savings, operational improvements, and measurable value.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and selection.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk and compliance alignment, and supplier performance management.
• Support client consulting engagements involving accounts payable, treasury, payment processes, and related finance operations.
• Analyze financial, operational, supplier, and market data to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement solutions, support adoption, and enhance finance and accounting offerings.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, contracting, or supplier management.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and/or healthcare treasury functions.
• Experience leading sourcing events and negotiating contracts.
• Strong financial acumen with analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting operational improvement or cost reduction initiatives, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.

• Relevant degree.
• Knowledge of accounts payable automation, payment platforms, or treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations.
