Salary: $160,300–$267,100 annually, plus annual target bonus and equity opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead financial research and new product development across Treasury and SOFR futures and options, credit futures, and related clearing services.
• Research, design, and develop risk management products for listed interest rate businesses.
• Validate client needs, define product specifications, and modify offerings to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop research themes, acquire and analyze data, and create publications, visualizations, educational materials, and video content.
• Support and extend client-facing analytical tools, reports, and data offerings.
• Coordinate connectivity across listed rates, OTC derivatives, and OTC cash businesses while collaborating with marketing, legal, sales, and corporate communications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CME listed interest rate products, their ecosystem, and product workings.
• Deep understanding of cash Treasuries, money markets, repo, and credit markets.
• Proven ability to publish research content.
• Demonstrated project management experience across multiple timelines, deliverables, and project teams.
• Interest and ability to work across asset classes, particularly equity indexes and crypto markets.
• More than five years of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or computer science is required, with higher education preferred.
