What you will do

• Define the end-to-end architecture for agentic software delivery, the developer portal, and the governed AI marketplace.
• Build reference implementations for agent orchestration, AI governance, Knowledge Graph grounding, and agent-enabled golden paths.
• Establish internal AI architecture for governed model access, policy enforcement, and usage control across all AI tooling.
• Define platform standards for SDKs, connectors, MCP servers, plugins, and agents.
• Partner with Security Engineering on SLSA provenance, SBOMs, policy-as-code, and AI supply chain controls.
• Integrate CI/CD, cloud landing zones, and Backstage into a unified and secure developer platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total technology experience.
• 3+ years in a Senior Architect or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience building developer platforms and AI-native engineering systems.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native landing zones.
• Production experience with agent orchestration, agentic workflows, and SDLC agents.
• Proficiency with enterprise retrieval, grounding, Knowledge Graphs, and prompt engineering.
