TL;DR
Data & AI Architect (Microsoft): Designing and delivering modern Microsoft data, AI, and Power Platform solutions for customer projects with an accent on end-to-end architecture, governance, and Azure integrations. Focus on defining security and compliance guardrails, creating migration roadmaps, leading proofs of concept, and enabling customers and internal teams through workshops and coaching.
Location: Helsinki, Finland or remote from Finland; work arrangement: hybrid or remote. A valid working visa for Finland is required.

What you will do
- Architect end-to-end Microsoft solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure integrations.
- Lead discovery, proofs of concept, solution design, delivery workshops, architecture blueprinting, governance, and migration roadmaps.
- Define platform guardrails for security, compliance, data protection, and environment strategy.
- Coach customers and teams, run enablement sessions, and create high-quality documentation.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, estimates, and handovers to delivery teams.
- Help build team competencies in the Data & AI and Microsoft solution domains.
Requirements
- Solid IT industry experience with Microsoft solution areas and architecture or design leadership.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure integrations.
- Experience delivering proofs of concept and collaborating closely with pre-sales and internal teams.
- Ability to stay current with new technologies, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish, written and verbal, is required.
