What you will do

• Engineer seamless integrations between Twilio Agent Connect (TAC), the Conversations suite, and hyperscaler AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, and GCP Vertex AI.
• Act as a technical liaison with leading AI tool and cloud companies to ensure Twilio APIs are perfectly integrated within their ecosystems.
• Create repeatable blueprints for mass adoption of AI-native platform services to accelerate customers' time-to-market.
• Consolidate field insights into structured inputs to help shape Twilio's R&D priorities and technical roadmap.
• Partner with specialist teams to capture technical and business requirements from key enterprise design partners.
• Provide technical direction to Sales and GTM teams on the latest AI positioning and use cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area).
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 8+ years in enterprise technology strategy, technical product management, or cloud engineering.
• Deep architectural understanding of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on expertise in conversational AI, chatbots, cognitive services, and machine learning architectures.
• Proven ability to develop long-term solution architectures and cross-functional initiatives at an enterprise scale.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to both developers and executives.

Nice to have

• Track record of enabling sales and partner ecosystems with GTM materials.
• Experience building modern digital customer engagement experiences using cloud and AI services.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
