What you will do

• Coordinate customer activities from discovery and technical validation to onboarding and production.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Solutions Architecture, Post-Sales, Cloud Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Translate leadership priorities and customer feedback into detailed plans with owners and success metrics.
• Manage technical dependencies related to compute, storage, networking, and workload orchestration.
• Design, document, and improve operational processes, playbooks, and templates.
• Run program reviews and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program, project, or delivery management within a tech organization.
• Strong technical fluency to understand systems, workflows, and infrastructure constraints.
• Proven track record of improving processes from problem definition to implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring Jira workflows, automation, and dashboards.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).
• Must be authorized to work within the EU.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPU platforms, or AI/ML products.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, compute, storage, and networking.
• Background in Solutions Architecture, Technical Support, or Customer Engineering.
• Knowledge of service delivery methodologies like PMI, ITIL, or Agile.
