What you will do

• Lead implementation of the renewed Trade operating model, including governance, decision-making processes, RACIs, and accountability structures.
• Advise Trade management on transformation initiatives, challenge existing ways of working, and promote organizational effectiveness.
• Strengthen valuation, modelling, reporting, risk transparency, and performance management across the Trade domain.
• Design and improve risk-return frameworks, trading mandates, control frameworks, and related governance structures.
• Build a phased, multi-year transformation roadmap and improve execution reliability across teams and sub-teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expertise in finance, preferably energy finance, combined with commodity trading or banking, analytics, and risk management.
• Strong general management capabilities and strategic judgment under uncertainty.
• Proven experience transforming complex, high-performing trading and analytical organizations.
• Ability to drive digitization, model-based decision-making, and structural performance improvement.
