What you will do

• Define and evolve IT strategy, roadmaps, and execution priorities.
• Establish and run governance structures, decision forums, and policies.
• Maintain end-to-end IT risk and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations like DORA.
• Manage the IT portfolio, delivery pipeline, and resource capacity.
• Define and manage KPI frameworks to enable board-level decision-making.
• Act as the operational right hand of the CIO, driving cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide transformation.
• Proven experience in Financial Services, specifically Insurance (e.g., DORA, Solvency II).
• Strong background in IT portfolio management and delivery steering.
• Experience interfacing with board-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in performance management, KPI frameworks, and dashboarding.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
