Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 Total compensation base + Commission

What you will do
- Lead and manage sales representatives and territories within the Northeast region to achieve sales goals.
- Execute Healthmark's sales process and overarching regional strategy to drive growth.
- Provide onsite field-based support, training, and clinical education to healthcare customers.
- Travel with representatives to support sales efforts and represent the company at national and local conferences.
- Deliver product demonstrations and in-services to maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver's license and U.S. passport required.
- Must be able to travel 40-45% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year undergraduate).
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
- Ability to comply with FDA and worldwide medical device regulations.
