What you will do

  • Own the Revenue Operations strategy across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to improve pipeline generation and retention.
  • Lead annual and quarterly territory planning, quota planning, and sales capacity modeling.
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into business performance and funnel conversion.
  • Optimize Hubspot and the broader GTM technology stack, ensuring CRM governance and data quality.
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership.
  • Establish repeatable operating cadences, including forecast reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, CRM strategy, and GTM systems.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting methodologies, and capacity modeling.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement.
