What you will do

• Design and build Salesforce components including fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Manage operational workflows across the GTM stack, specifically Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, and HubSpot.
• Lead major system redesigns for account hierarchy, product data models, lead routing, and customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering to automate repetitive GTM tasks using AI agents.
• Resolve day-to-day requests and maintain data hygiene for Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Support Finance's revenue models and forecasting with accurate data inputs.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce and broader GTM stacks.
• Highly AI-capable, using AI tools daily to accelerate the build process.
• Ability to own execution and propose technical designs for day-to-day system changes.
• Strong communication skills to flag status and risk proactively.
• Collaborative approach to pressure-testing designs and providing solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (verified via E-Verify/Form I-9).

Nice to have

• Experience with Hex or similar BI tools for occasional dashboard support.
