Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Slovakia; work from home or from a Central European hirify.global office.

Base salary: €41,905–€52,381 EUR annually.

What you will do

• Drive AI-native capabilities for the Clarity conversational shopping product from ideation through launch.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product leaders, data teams, and Customer Success to prototype and iterate on generative AI and LLM-powered features.
• Engage customers to identify evolving AI needs and translate them into product solutions.
• Support successful feature rollouts, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and improve user adoption.
• Monitor AI product usage, performance, and business impact using a data-first approach.
• Communicate product findings, opportunities, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably in high-growth product environments.
• Experience delivering AI-powered or generative AI features, or a strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and conversational interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with product-led growth initiatives and scaling intelligent product experiences.
• Experience working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cross-functional global teams.
• Strong communication, customer empathy, experimentation, and outcome ownership skills.
• Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI implementation is advantageous.
