Salary: €41,905 – €52,381 per year

What you will do
- Drive the development of AI-native capabilities within Clarity from ideation through to launch.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to rapidly prototype and iterate on features powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
- Engage with customers to understand evolving needs in the AI space and translate them into intelligent product solutions.
- Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to ensure successful rollout of new AI-driven features.
- Stay updated on GenAI advancements and market trends to inform strategic product direction.
- Monitor and report on AI product usage, performance, and business impact using a data-first approach.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management in high-growth environments.
- Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven features.
- Hands-on involvement in product-led growth initiatives.
- Experience working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cross-functional global teams.
- Must be based in Slovakia.
