Product Manager, Product Operations (AI)

Location: Ukraine, with key hubs in Lviv and Kyiv. Remote or hybrid schedule. Working hours: 11:00–20:00 Kyiv time, with overlap with New York.

hirify.global develops data-driven TV advertising products, including TV+ for planning and measuring linear and streaming TV campaigns and VAMOS, an agentic platform for linear TV transactions.

What you will do

• Identify repetitive work in product planning, tracking, shipping, status reporting, release communication, and delivery health, and replace it with trusted AI agents and workflows.
• Prototype automations using Claude Code, connectors, workflow tools, and internal data tools, handing work to engineering when production services are required.
• Run the operating cadence with product managers and engineering leads while reducing manual coordination.
• Extend successful internal automations into AI-first tools for clients and client-facing teams.
• Help Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations automate their work and turn successful solutions into reusable skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in product operations at a B2B technology company.
• Proven experience building and shipping AI agents or automations used by real users with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as Claude Code, connector-based integrations, or workflow tools such as n8n.
• Comfort with SQL and APIs, plus strong process design and workflow-mapping skills.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, with confidence presenting and discussing topics with senior stakeholders in the US and Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in advertising technology, TV, or media.
• Experience designing evaluations or test sets for AI systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Shortcut, Notion, or PostHog.
