Product Manager, Content Creation (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: €5,500–€8,000 gross per month, based on experience

What you will do

• Lead product decisions for AI- and MCP-powered content creation inside the email builder and through AI assistants.
• Identify high-impact opportunities that help merchants create on-brand, personalized emails without advanced design skills.
• Co-lead product discovery and support delivery by framing problems, researching customer needs, and presenting insights.
• Combine product metrics, user research, and experimentation results into product decisions.
• Make incremental product decisions and trade-offs based on user, business, and technical considerations.
• Build expertise in ecommerce, email design, AI-assisted content creation, and customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in user-focused technology, with examples of shipped products.
• Hands-on experience building AI- or LLM-powered product features from discovery through launch.
• Practical understanding of MCP and AI agents, with regular use of AI tools.
• Self-sufficient product analytics skills and experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Chartio, or similar.
• Experience with user research, user testing, multidisciplinary product teams, goal setting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Background in email builders, design tools, or content creation products.
