Salary: $96,000–$132,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Translate complex positioning architecture into a durable, market-leading brand narrative.
• Lead the editorial rebuild of the website to maximize visibility for both traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines.
• Produce high-value content including whitepapers, executive thought leadership, and technical articles.
• Evolve the Fraud Files initiative to establish category authority and evidence-based storytelling.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue, Engineering, and Government Relations to ensure unified messaging.
• Maintain a coherent brand voice while adapting tone for diverse audiences including regulators, operators, and developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy and writing within B2B tech or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in technical SEO and AEO/LLM visibility strategies.
• Baseline technical literacy with concepts like APIs, SDKs, and protocols like MCP.
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory subject matter into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience working in agile, scale-up environments.
• University degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or equivalent portfolio.
