What you will do

• Translate business objectives into a long-term content strategy and editorial calendar tied to demand-generation goals.
• Design content-to-conversion pathways, including landing pages and nurture tracks, to capture and qualify leads.
• Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of writers, editors, and designers while managing freelance resources.
• Define and own content KPIs, including MQL/SQL volume, pipeline influence, and cost-per-lead efficiency.
• Implement AI-assisted processes and repeatable workflows to deliver high-quality content at scale.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in SEO, product, and sales to align content with the buyer journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
• Proven track record of using content to drive measurable pipeline and revenue in B2B/B2C environments.
• Deep expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and MarTech stacks (HubSpot, GA4).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and agency resources.
• Ability to produce quality content at speed and scale within a social-first landscape.
• Data-driven mindset with accountability for revenue-adjacent metrics.
