What you will do

• Manage on-time delivery performance and monitor KPIs for delivery quality, including punctuality and equipment availability.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external carriers regarding volumes and schedules.
• Procure ad-hoc transport capacity during volume spikes through quick negotiation.
• Maintain the accuracy and updates of the transport management system.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in first-mile logistics processes.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding or transport operations at a logistics company.
• German: B2 level or above required.
• English: Business-fluent level required.
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
