What you will do

• Manage the purchasing of goods, materials, and services.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Select and maintain long-term communication and relationships with suitable suppliers.
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure availability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Prepare detailed analyses and reports for the purchasing department.

Requirements

• Degree in business/economics or completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade management.
• Several years of professional experience in operational and/or strategic purchasing.
• Fluent in German, Turkish, and English for negotiation purposes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented, independent approach.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ochtrup, Germany.
