Location: Ochtrup, Germany; permanent full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Purchase goods, materials, and services for the business.
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and select suitable partners.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality departments.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, quality, costs, and product availability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement purchasing improvements.
• Support new projects and product launches while preparing procurement analyses and reports.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial administration, or a related field, or a degree in business or economics.
• Several years of experience in operational and/or strategic purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and solid technical understanding.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with a proactive approach.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent German and English for negotiations.
