Salary: $253,000–$280,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow the Product Management organization for the Evidence Platform.
• Own strategic product domains, driving discovery, validation, and launch cycles.
• Partner with the Head of Evidence to translate vision into strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities that support diverse research workflows and customer segments.
• Establish a culture of data-driven product management using customer insights and experimentation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 10+ years of Product Management experience with significant leadership of product teams.
• Demonstrated success building enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or AI-enabled research software.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, real-world evidence (RWE), or healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to translate long-term product strategy into measurable execution.
• Systems thinking with a focus on building reusable platform capabilities.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD, MPH, or MBA).
• Experience building products for pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic research organizations.
• Experience with healthcare data sources like EHR, claims, or genomics.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for roadmap and portfolio management.
