Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, product roadmaps, and operating model for Targets and Mechanisms platforms and systems.
• Lead the architecture of an interoperable ecosystem integrating scientific data products, metadata frameworks, analytics, and AI technologies.
• Oversee global delivery of SaaS, enterprise, and custom software solutions supporting research, preclinical, and translational workflows.
• Launch and scale AI programs and process-mining capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Manage complex portfolios, including business cases, financial forecasts, budgets, suppliers, governance, and performance metrics.
• Build partnerships with research leaders, Digital & Technology teams, vendors, and external consortia while mentoring global technical and product leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility and experience leading large global technical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with scientific, clinical, and operational data, including collection, aggregation, transformation, and analytics.
• Proven experience leading product management functions and aligning strategy, execution, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical clinical development and ‘omics analysis.
• Hands-on coding or software engineering experience.
• PMP and Agile certifications.
