What you will do

• Translate complex pharma and biosecurity workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Serve as the translation layer between engineering and computational biology teams to scale sequencing workflows.
• Run daily Scrum ceremonies and manage roadmapping from design to production-grade deployment.
• Coordinate data integration frameworks across public health endpoints and data marketplaces.
• Collaborate with clinical and legal stakeholders to manage data governance, IP, and sample transfer protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in life sciences or biotech.
• Degree or professional experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or Genomics.
• Background in infectious disease, epidemiology, or molecular diagnostics.
• Deep familiarity with JIRA and managing data engine deployment cycles.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data parameters into structured technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Active industry-recognized Agile certification (CSM, CSPO, PMP-ACP, or SAFe).
• Experience with high-throughput laboratory data architectures like ddPCR or amplicon sequencing.
• Familiarity with the biopharma value chain and population-level biological insights.
